Peaches

Peaches come in a variety of colors, each with a different taste. Yellow peaches are extra sweet and juicy when ripe. White flesh peaches are sweet and enjoyed by the most sensitive pallet. The best time to buy California Peaches is between the months of May through October

Nectarines

We grow a wide variety of nectarines. Seasonally we supply our clients with ready-to-eat nectarines from mid May to late September. Yellow Flesh Nectarines have a noticeable red/yellow color, and their sweet flavor can be enjoyed firm or soft. White Flesh Nectarines are sweet and ready-to-eat when firm. In addition to the standard white and yellow flesh nectarines, we provide our clients with the Sub Acid Yellow flesh nectarines, which has a sweet aromatic flavor.

Plums/Pluots

In addition to industry favorites, we pride ourselves on creating numerous patented varieties, most notably our Red Flesh. Most plums have a palatable skin and sweet flesh. Our plum program begins at the end of May and continues through September. When selecting the perfect plum at your local supermarket, be sure the fruit fits in the palm of your hand, feels firm and just a bit springy. Ripen at room temperature. Refrigerate only when fruit is at your preferred ripeness.

Apricots

95% of apricots grown in the United States come from California’s San Joaquin Valley. There are several varieties grown in California, each possessing special characteristics. We continually experiment with new methods to improve its juicy flavor and new varieties that ship or process well.

Mandarins

Our mandarins’ excellent quality is evident in every piece of fruit, which is why our “Cutie” label is the industry leader. Our volume, consistency, retail support, availability from October thru April and most importantly the quality controls we demand the “Cutie” label represent keeps our program the industry and consumer favorite by a very wide margin.

Table Grapes

Our Table Grape program enjoys a great reputation for quality and consistency on a big scale. We offer all major varieties (and some very specific unique ones) in many different pack styles to satisfy every customer.
